Order statuses explained: from Pending to Completed
What each status means, which ones are final, and when money comes back to your balance.
Pending means the order is accepted and waiting to start. Processing means it has been handed over and is being prepared. In progress means delivery is running, and the Remains column counts down as it goes.
The three final statuses
Completed: everything was delivered. If the service offers refills by button, the Refill button appears on the order from this point.
Partial: delivery stopped before the full quantity. You are refunded for exactly the part that is missing, and the Remains column shows how much that was.
Canceled: nothing was delivered and the whole charge is returned. Common reasons are a private account or a link that no longer exists.
Where to see the refunds
Every refund is listed on the Refunds page with the order it belongs to. The money goes back to your panel balance, so you can use it for the next order straight away.
