What is an SMM panel and how does it work?
The short version: a wholesale store for social media services, with everything automated between your click and the delivery.
SMM stands for social media marketing. An SMM panel is a web application where those services are sold in bulk: followers, likes, views, comments, live stream viewers, website traffic and more, for every major network.
What makes it a panel rather than a simple shop is automation. You top up a balance once, pick a service, paste a link and set a quantity. From that moment the order moves on its own: it is sent to the fulfilment system, its progress is followed automatically, and the status in your order list updates without anybody touching it.
Who uses one
Three groups, mostly. Resellers and agencies that manage many client accounts and need predictable prices. Creators and small brands who want an initial push for a launch. And other panel owners, who connect through the API and sell the same services under their own name.
What you see as a customer
Every service has a price per 1000 units, a minimum and maximum quantity, an expected start time and a speed. Some have a refill guarantee: if the count drops within the stated period, the missing amount is delivered again, with the Refill button where the service has one and through a support ticket otherwise.
Orders that cannot be completed are refunded automatically. A canceled order returns the full charge to your balance, a partially delivered one returns the share that was not delivered.
